SonnyLight wants its customers to be satisfied customers.

This Retail Return Policy governs products purchased from the online retail store on the web site accessed at the URLs www.sonnylightled.com (the "site").

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from our site, you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with original packaging and documentation and must be accompanied by the original invoice.

Before returning anything to SonnyLight, LLC, please send us an email (at sonnyinfo@sonnylightled.com), explaining the reason for the return. We will provide a "Return Authorization Number" that should be marked prominently on the mailing label.
